Replacement filter set for Harbor Freight generator 6500W/5500W models fitted with 8 HP 301cc EPA/CARB III motor. It is shipped un-oiled; add a couple drops of oil to the filter and squeeze/work it for a minute in the supplied bag, then install.
These fit Harbor Freight Predator models sold under 63964, 63965, 63966. I *strongly* recommend you physically inspect filter prior to ordering to see what Harbor Freight used in your model, as HF is inconsistent in part use and changes.
Filters (set of 2) measure 4.25" x 6.25" x 15mm each.

How do I oil the air filter?
Put ~3-4 caps full of oil on filter. Motor oil, 2 stroke oil, bar oil are all fine for this.
Put filter in bag and squeeze filter to work the oil into the filter. The bag saves your hands getting messy
